The Modules
The Modules is a multiunit student housing project built by Excel Homes near Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The 72-unit building is the largest wood-framed modular structure in the city and is one of the largest modularly-constructed LEED for Homes projects in the United States.
